6. Payment Terms

Homeplexi may charge subscription fees or service fees as outlined in our pricing plans. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeplexi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes damages for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Work quality issues with contractors
• Delays or failure to complete projects
• Disputes between homeowners and contractors
• Data loss or security breaches
